Bala has been the Chief Executive Officer of Excelencia since 2005 and has co-founded the company. From 2020 he took up the role of Chairman and Managing Director. Prior to his current role, Bala lead businesses in several industries and carries almost three decades of work experience. Under Bala’s leadership, Excelencia has grown manifold in the past decade in terms of man-power, skill set and clients. His aim while co-founding Excelencia was to cater to the digital needs of clients by leveraging Excelencia’s innovative approach and cost-effective products and services.
Bala’s strength lies in the technical know-how of entrepreneurship, which has played a crucial role in the success of Excelencia. Bala dreams big for the company, takes adequate risks, maintains quality relationships with all, and mentors and coaches people in the direction of success, both theirs and the company’s. This creates a unique culture in Excelencia where there is no limit to growth for a committed employee, while growing the company itself.
