An Engineer by trade, Sharath has focused all his experience on building business knowledge. With an MBA from University of Toronto, Rotman School of Management, Sharath was able to build some solid strategy and operations experience with his stints at The Boston Consulting Group and Amazon.Back at Excelencia, Sharath first led the establishment of a sales team and process that fuelled our growth. Once the growth mechanism was in place, Sharath then ensured to set up a customer success team, that is focused on delivering the highest level of support.
