Bala has been the Chief Executive Officer of Excelencia since 2005 and has co-founded the company. From 2020 he took up the role of Chairman and Managing Director. Prior to his current role, Bala lead businesses in several industries and carries almost three decades of work experience. Under Bala’s leadership, Excelencia has grown manifold in the past decade in terms of man-power, skill set and clients. His aim while co-founding Excelencia was to cater to the digital needs of clients by leveraging Excelencia’s innovative approach and cost-effective products and services.

Bala’s strength lies in the technical know-how of entrepreneurship, which has played a crucial role in the success of Excelencia. Bala dreams big for the company, takes adequate risks, maintains quality relationships with all, and mentors and coaches people in the direction of success, both theirs and the company’s. Daniel Raja

Country Manager

Daniel Raja ist eine Schlüsselfigur in der Förderung der deutsch-indischen Wirtschaftsbeziehungen und agiert als Leiter – Indien beim Mittelstandsverband, BVMW e.V. sowie als Geschäftsführer für Excelencia Deutschland. Seine Tätigkeit beim BVMW war entscheidend für die Stärkung der Beziehungen zwischen deutschen und indischen KMUs und hat maßgeblich zu deren globaler Präsenz und Marktdiversifizierung beigetragen. Mit seinem tiefgreifenden Verständnis für Marktdynamiken, strategische Partnerschaften und Geschäftsentwicklung hat Rajas Engagement in Vertrieb, Marketing und Personalbeschaffung wesentlich zum Erfolg der Organisationen beigetragen. Sharath Balakrishnan

Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Growth North America

Sharath came to Excelencia, for his second stint with some solid global experience under his belt! Sharath has 10+ years experience working with and in enterprise scale organizations. An Engineer by trade, Sharath has focused all his experience on building business knowledge. With an MBA from University of Toronto, Rotman School of Management, Sharath was able to build some solid strategy and operations experience with his stints at The Boston Consulting Group and Amazon.Back at Excelencia, Sharath first led the establishment of a sales team and process that fuelled our growth. Once the growth mechanism was in place, Sharath then ensured to set up a customer success team, that is focused on delivering the highest level of support.

Our client response metric is now extremely proactive exceptionally fast. We are able to help customers get started on critical projects extremely fast, and get support and course correction as soon as we see alarms raised. Sharath aims to bring his customer obsession from Amazon, and deliver the highest level of customer service to every customer partner of Excelencia.

P V Pradeep

Chief Technology Officer

Pradeep has been conditioned to these words even at an early age. His passion for computers drew him into the IT industry well before it was established. Despite major challenges like being told he could not pursue a career with IT, his ability to find solutions for his own life translates into his everyday work ethic. Pradeep dedicates an hour per day to absorbing information on all the evolving technologies. He is not specific to technology, but an epitome of creativity. He hauls 25 years of experience in the field of technology with hands on experience in various domains. He demonstrates the leadership and expertise to manage a global IT solutions delivery team that provides systems support for applications.

Pradeep has deployed strategic solutions that enables the business to deliver on company and department goals. He also involves himself proactively to risk and escalation management skills to manage cross functional/multi-disciplinary teams. You can often find him on social communities such as Stack Overflow, GitHub. His zealous relationship with Excelencia is over a decade and will be continued.

B Buvaaneswari

Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer

Buvaaneswari is a finance professional with approximately three decades of experience in handling the entire scope of finance. Prior to Excelencia, she has served as the head of finance in various industries. In Excelencia, she leads the finance team with additional responsibility of overseeing the administrative function. Her know-how in financial aspects and costing make her a highly focused leader who guides her team brilliantly to ensure that finance commitments are met on time at all times. Being a very conscientious person, she detests non-compliance and making anyone wait for their rightful dues. Therefore, be it ensuring on-time payments to vendors and employees alike or finance-related statutory compliances, everything gets done like clockwork under her guidance.

Rajesh Ramanathan

Managing Director and Chief Growth Officer

After exploring the IT world with technology giants like CTS, Mahindra Satyam and TESCO, Rajesh seized the opportunity to co-found Excelencia in 2008. He has over 18 years of experience in implementing various commercial applications across platforms. His strength is his technical know-how that has proved invaluable in his sales pitches as he consistently conveys ideas and thoughts in the clearest way possible.

Rajesh’s keen business acumen enables him to access the silver lining even in the most unforeseen circumstances. With such ingenuity, Rajesh does more than just meeting your requirements or selling you a service, he sells you a Solution!
