Bala has been the Chief Executive Officer of Excelencia since 2005 and has co-founded the company. From 2020 he took up the role of Chairman and Managing Director. Prior to his current role, Bala lead businesses in several industries and carries almost three decades of work experience. Under Bala’s leadership, Excelencia has grown manifold in the past decade in terms of man-power, skill set and clients. An Engineer by trade, Sharath has focused all his experience on building business knowledge. With an MBA from University of Toronto, Rotman School of Management, Sharath was able to build some solid strategy and operations experience with his stints at The Boston Consulting Group and Amazon.Back at Excelencia, Sharath first led the establishment of a sales team and process that fuelled our growth. Once the growth mechanism was in place, Sharath then ensured to set up a customer success team, that is focused on delivering the highest level of support.
Our client response metric is now extremely proactive exceptionally fast. We are able to help customers get started on critical projects extremely fast, and get support and course correction as soon as we see alarms raised. Shankar has more than 27 years of experience across the Information Technology Industry, having led cross-functional teams that included Delivery, Business Operations, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Pre-Sales and Finance Functions. In the past, he has worked in Services Organizations such as Infosys, Cognizant and Accenture where he had played leadership roles in geographies like US, UK, Sweden and India.
As the Chief Operating Officer, Shankar strengthens Excelencia’s position as a Key Strategic Partner providing Unique Value Proposition to its clients, through a tailored Value Chain integrating the different functions based out of India.
Shankar is an alumnus of Narsee Monjee University, where he earnt his Post Graduation in General Management.
Pradeep has been conditioned to these words even at an early age. His passion for computers drew him into the IT industry well before it was established. Despite major challenges like being told he could not pursue a career with IT, his ability to find solutions for his own life translates into his everyday work ethic. Pradeep dedicates an hour per day to absorbing information on all the evolving technologies. He is not specific to technology, but an epitome of creativity. He hauls 25 years of experience in the field of technology with hands on experience in various domains. He demonstrates the leadership and expertise to manage a global IT solutions delivery team that provides systems support for applications.
Pradeep has deployed strategic solutions that enables the business to deliver on company and department goals. Buvaaneswari is a finance professional with approximately three decades of experience in handling the entire scope of finance. Prior to Excelencia, she has served as the head of finance in various industries. In Excelencia, she leads the finance team with additional responsibility of overseeing the administrative function. Her know-how in financial aspects and costing make her a highly focused leader who guides her team brilliantly to ensure that finance commitments are met on time at all times. Being a very conscientious person, she detests non-compliance and making anyone wait for their rightful dues. Therefore, be it ensuring on-time payments to vendors and employees alike or finance-related statutory compliances, everything gets done like clockwork under her guidance.
After exploring the IT world with technology giants like CTS, Mahindra Satyam and TESCO, Rajesh seized the opportunity to co-found Excelencia in 2008. He has over 18 years of experience in implementing various commercial applications across platforms.
